Amphora’s CTRM service selected by GAIL (India) Limited for their LNG Trading operation

NEW DELHI, IN - 10 OCTOBER 2019

Amphora’s CTRM and Freight Management service has been selected by the largest state-owned natural gas processing and distribution company in India.

Having made the decision to purchase a Commodity Trading and Risk Management Solution, GAIL ran a competitive CTRM selection process involving all the leading CTRM vendors. The selection process involved multiple rounds of demonstrations as well as proof of concept exercises within LNG.

After a thorough evaluation process, GAIL selected Amphora’s Symphony CTRM solution.

Amphora was able to demonstrate extensive commodity trading and risk management expertise together with a detailed knowledge of the shipping industry so crucial within LNG. While no CTRM solution currently meets all of a client’s business requirements for LNG within the Indian market, Amphora demonstrated the aptitude to address such requirements and become a trusted partner.
